OF CREDIT APPLICATION FOR PURCHASE OF FLOOR TILES
In consideration of
your establishing the above letter of credit, we hereby agree to pay the bills
drawn there under together with interest and all charges on first presentation
out of our funds, or by making use of approved facilities if available, less
the marginal deposits paid as security.
In the event of our not
booking forward exchange, we agree and undertake to pay the bills at the rate
ruling on the date on which the foreign exchange for the relevant bill is
brought on our behalf by you.
